Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC)
For those seeking long-term but reversible options, LARCs provide excellent protection against pregnancy and are over 99% effective. These methods last between 3 to 10 years depending on the type and are fully reversible once removed—allowing for a swift return to fertility.
